Shelta Concrete Umbrella Base

The Shelta Concrete Umbrella base is a heavy round umbrella base designed to be used freestanding. The upright shaft (spigot) is powdercoated to match in colour wise with the flat part of the base. The Shaft (spigot) on the Concrete Base has a side screw that is tightened to hold the umbrella securely.

*You may be tempted to go for a larger base to get a heavier overall weight however if the pole diameter on your umbrella will fit a smaller size base size you are better off with that one as too much room to move around where the pole of your umbrella finishes and where the upright shaft on the base starts can damage both the umbrella pole and the shaft on the base. Essentially domestic umbrellas should not be left unattended or left up in windy conditions, even when in a secure base, as they may still fall over and damage the umbrella and anything or anyone around.
