D-Ring Thimble Cast Eye
D-Ring Thimbles Cast Eye are commonly sewn onto a shade sail fabric edge to enable a connection point between the sail and an anchor point. They have a channel in the edge of the Dee to allow a stainless wire to run through as well as a retaining eye at the top of the Dee to help keep the wire in place. Cast Eye version has an additional eye on the inner side of the D-Ring which ensures correct tension angle at sail corners. D-Rings are made from high quality marine grade stainless steel and are specifically designed for general purpose, marine and shade sail applications and for use with seatbelt webbing.
